Last Friday, Miriam brung a tray of delicious cake to the class for us guys. It named Tres Leche Cake, a normal dessert from her hometown, South America. Tres Leche means three different dairy product, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cream. The first time we tasted it was on the picnic one week ago, I was amazing about the moisture taste and the heavy milk flavor of the cake. But it was so popular among people that I just got a little slice one. Miriam told me that she would bake this kind of cake again to comfort my heart, but I had`t believed that she realize her words! What a surprise for us to taste this delicacy on the class! Miriam made my day!
